First time travelling into town, we were hungry as a family after such a long journey we decided to stop here for food. We ordered 10 pieces of family feast with extra 8 wings, to be honest the quality of the food did not look up to standard already and after tasting one chicken me and my partner said the food served was very cold! I came to tell them with the buckets if chicken the staffs or managers who was not even there was trying to argue with me how it's not cold its fresh, when I blatantly stood there seen how the food was put together. The manager then tried forcing a refund for me through when I repeatedly said I don't wish for a refund I just want fresh chicken. She then took the buckets and asked how many pieces inside I said its complete the two at the tops been bitten by us but you're more than welcomed to count it. She then proceeded to throw them in bin and then went on to give me some from the stands, I tried requesting for thighs and drum pieces she declined it. Then after receiving the buckets, I went to sit back down at this time as a family we were not happy the way it was handled given the circumstances. We started eating food but then we've lost appetite and decided to take it away with us. I thought I didn't want to make a scene, but I will be contacting their customer services. In general, we've discovered the quality of the food was horrible, including the appearance and the taste. We didn't eat the food at all! We came to the conclusion the quality of the food was very poor! I don't know whether it's because of it being a smaller town but either way due to my experiences it's as if the oil used has not been cleaned. I didn't expect it.

we asked for a bucket even though our order did not come with one and they gave us one anyway. Thanks whoever did that, made our day :)

Ordered a 6 piece bucket today and got 3 Drumsticks, without a single piece of chicken being the breast piece. With photos to prove. This isn't the first time it's happened here with the lady at the till explaining "it comes out like that".
Surely she's realises if 1 of the 6 pieces isn't a breast and 3 of them are drumsticks to sort it? Nope.
No effort to fix or correct it. The WORST KFC in Southampton by a mile.

Delivered through uber eats. the food was delivered really fast. but too bad the quality of food was not as good as it used to be. fries were too cold and was like boiled potatoes instead of fries. no seasoning at all. chicken was too salty and over-fried. Spend a lot of money and not worth it at all.

Always something missing on your order !! And not 1 thing they forget to put 4 wings,2 corn on the cup,beans and sauce ! Don't know who is responsable for orders but it does an execrable job !!! Always missing food !!! Always check your bag because those scammers will give you half order !!!
