Unfortunately, during an eat-in on Saturday 4th Jan 25, the chips were cold, the chicken was just about warm but worse still, it lacked any spicy coating and was very bland. Probably, the worst coated chicken I've ever had. I'd avoid this place around midday and maybe try it only again if they've done a fresh cook.
There is no warm water to wash the hands afterwards or after using the loo, just cold. Downstairs is naturally cold due to poor closing doors. It probably explains why the food is so cold.
This place needs a transformation.

Dear KFC you should not only wipe the tables clean but also the bulb chandelier, not impressed , I wish to see improvement.

Food was cooked fresh but looked thrown together. Tasted good but venue feels dirty and needs a deep clean and overhaul.
Service could do with a boost too.

Clucking hell was that a good meal. Both Mattie and Sanjay were excellent shouting out the order numbers. Also the food was good.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have disabled toilets. Only to be used by people with disabilities, not drunken bastards that are arseholes

The food was hot and tasty, the servers were amazing, and the service was impressively quick. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an uncomfortable encounter. A young Eastern European woman approached us on the first floor, where we were the only ones seated, asking for food. She carried an A4 paper with writing on it and seemed to take a particular interest in our phones on the table. When we put them away and declined her request for food, she left, swearing at us. This incident disrupted what was otherwise a very enjoyable visit. While the restaurant itself was great, this experience was unsettling and not what we expected.

Had an order placed via just eat at 1810 today expected delivery time is 20.00 what a joke kfc .
It be quicker to rear the chickens myself almost 2 hours ! Taking the P*** !! Now over 2 hours as eta 2040 totally appalling absolutely dreadful !! Minus 5* omg now saying it been delivered and it has not been can this get worse i ask ?? I had to ask ! 3 1/2 hours and still no food i think the delivery driver is walking the chicken to me !!

5£ for delivery ? Ridicolous... what you want to improve ? I try today to order again trilogy box meal for delivery is for 12 £ , if I walk in is for 10 .. thats 2 £ and is just one thing plus cost of delivery is 5 and service fee , what service? Why if I come to kfc? Ihave to pay for service also ? So if I want to order for delivery is around 10 pounds more with usual order ...
