We were enjoying a meal in the cafe which was excellent, when one of the staff come past pushing a trolley full of dirty dishes coughed without covering his mouth! We complained to customer services but were not offered a refund or any money back despite not being able to finish our meals. I don't think we will be eating there again.

Best rates but I really wish they had more than one person serving. It can take forever if like us you get stuck behind someone doing a money transfer without sufficient information or requiring multiple currencies. There seems to be enough staff there that would be able to man an extra point.
