Nick at JD Sports was amazing?super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped me find exactly what I needed quickly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Because of him, I?m much more likely to shop at this store and with JD Sports again. Great service!

I was very disappointed in my service at JD store. The guy who got my daughter shoes was brilliant. However the lasyat the till was not helpful at all! I asked if they accepted blue card discount and she said yes but only online. I said that's fine I'll just buy it. She then proceeded to say that I could order online at the store and apply the discount. I checked to see if I could take the items and she said yes. Anyway, ordered on their iPad, paid ect. Then she said, you'll need to come back in 2 to 3days to collect. I told her I wanted the items as they were on the counter. She said I had just ordered so couldn't take them. Very frustrated as I'd just paid aswell ?. Not impressed!!

Very poor customer service from manager, and came off very rude and disrespectful. Went in when shop was quiet asked for some assistance at the till, we wanted to exchange a pair of shorts for a different size. Made it clear we did not know where to look for the item and she told us to ?go look for them? with no guidance and was uncalled for considering so many complaints about manager maybe actions need to be took.

I found the staff on Sunday afternoon ( 18th Feb) to be very helpful. I needed to exchange a faulty item of clothing that was purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas but I had lost the receipt. Through proof of purchase the young man I dealt with found the transaction and exchanged the item. He was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you
