Great company have use them a few times now for airport runs. Drive meet us at Heathrow this evening. And nice touch gave us both a bottle of water, which was well needed after an 11 hour flight.Would 100% Recommend.

I rarely post reviews, but iRide truly deserves every bit of praise and a well-earned five stars! From the very first email, the pre-booking correspondence was professional and I really appreciated that no upfront payment was required. The driver was punctual on all three occasions (twice on 27th and on 29th December) and delivered exceptional customer service throughout. Two different vehicles were used, both spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Car seats for my little one and a booster for the other were provided at no extra cost, which was a huge plus. The next time we?re in Southampton, there?s absolutely no question?we?ll be using iRide again and happily recommending them to everyone we know!

First time using iride last night , got picked up at 8pm. Driver was on time, patient and good with my two young kids. The car was spacious and comfortable.

I had to go for an important job interview in Southampton, and another taxi company let me down at the last minute. Luckily, iRide Taxis came to the rescue! They arrived quickly, the driver was professional and friendly, and I got to my interview right on time.
After the interview, I had to visit a few other places the same day, and once again iRide Taxi provided reliable, on-time service. Their cars are clean, comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other Southampton taxi services.
