We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Thailand organised by Ewa James for us. We had 5 days in Phuket, 2 days at Elephant Hills and 5 days in Khao Lak. It was a perfect mixture of exploring and new experiences and being able to relax. Ewa provided great information before we went and also sorted out an issue we had while we were away. We would definitely recommend her.

Turkey Summer 2023When we first spoke to Ewa we knew we wanted an all inclusive, beach, spa and child friendly resort and heat was a must. Ewa promptly found a number of options which she shared with us and gave us information for each resort. Very quickly we found the resort / holiday we wanted and so we booked our family holiday. The whole booking process from start to finish was informative yet stress free as we knew Ewa had everything in hand, all we had to do was choose the perfect place for us from the options Ewa had presented to us. Once the holiday was booked Ewa ensured that we had all we needed in the lead up to the holiday.The resort was absolutely amazing, it superseded our expectation from the views, the food, the Aqua pool for the children and the stunning beach and and Mountain View?s from our balcony and all around the resort. Ewa checked in on us whilst on holiday and she was on hand had we needed any help whilst away. It was comforting to know that anything we needed we could simply drop a message or call Ewa. One of our family members has a anaphylactic allergy and Ewa ensured that the hotel were aware of this and on arrival the hotel were ready and on hand to provide us with personalised support from the Head Chef and Head of Catering.We are already in the process of booking our next holiday with Ewa. We would highly recommend Ewa to anyone looking to book their next holiday, she is professional, kind and caring and she really does makes dreams come true. Thank you so much Ewa you helped us to have the best summer and make memories with our little family. We are already excited about our next trip.

We have used Ewa James three times (Borneo, New Zealand, Rwanda/Uganda) and also have a 4th holiday (Costa Rica) booked through Ewa. She provides a very personal service during the planning stage, and also during the holiday, being on hand to respond personally to any queries or issues which may arise. This was particularly important to us when we were in Borneo in March 2020 when COVID caused hotels to be shut down - Ewa got us home when there was a risk we would be stranded in Kuala Lumpur.Ewa goes to great lengths to understand our requirements and offers options and alternatives based on her extensive experience and research, and that of the organisations she partners with. All details are meticulously researched and planned. As a result, all of our trips have been fantastic as they have been tailored to get the most out of every day. We have done many things which would not have been included in standard package holiday itineraries, and many more which we had not thought of ourselves. As a result, we have had far more holiday experiences and created unforgettable memories (as well as thousands of photos!) than we could have ever hoped for.We have just returned from a fantastic holiday to see Gorillas in Uganda. This trip was put together based on a shorter trip which Ewa herself went on a year ago. For our upcoming trip to Costa Rica, Ewa arranged a Zoom call with an experienced Costa Rica travel expert - this helped us to change our thoughts on the itinerary to ensure we get the best experience.We highly recommend using Ewa for any trip, and look forward to planning many more future trips with her.

After not going on an ?abroad? holiday for 13 years we did not have a clue where to start booking our summer holiday. Ewa was a recommendation to us. A short email and phone-call later Ewa gave us a range of holidays to choose from that met our requirements. Once we had chosen, Ewa took care of everything for us including contacting the hotel to make sure our rooms were close together and checking us in. She maintained contact, even when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be returning to Ewa for our next holiday and highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a guided hand in booking their holiday.

Holiday Planning At It's BestEwa JamesWe first met Ewa at a wedding fair and just knew she was the person to plan this very special trip for us to Peru.Right from the start she listened to what we wanted to achieve as well as adding her own suggestions, all of which were spot on.Even before we went she arranged a Zoom call with the local guide to ensure every detail was meticulously planned. This paid dividends, as whilst we were there everything ran like clockwork.We had 2 major instances that could have ruined the experience, losing your suitcases on the way out and back is not fun,but thanks to Ewa/Exsus, Lima Tours and the local guides this were sorted professionally.We will not hesitate in working with Ewa in the future, already planning where to ask her to sort for us. Well done and thank you Ewa.

We decided to use impress travel for our latest adventure and Ewa could not have been more helpful. She is so knowledgeable about all things travel. And made the booking process very easy.We had a problem with the wifi in the room and contacted Ewa.She got in touch with the hotel management team who organised the general manager to come and see us.(we had contacted reception 3 times and had not received good responses)Due to Ewa getting involved we were offered an upgrade to a roof suite with a private pool and lounging area and a bottle of champagne.We have also recommended impress travel to friends who have had various upgrades.A great service from a lady who is passionate about holidays and making sure everything is right.

My Wife and I were recommended to Eva through a family member. This would be our first holiday aboard with our daughter who was 11 months old at the time, therefore it was even more important to get this right.I can highly recommend Eva for anyone looking to book a holiday or trip. Eva really listened to what we needed and took in to consideration all of the little details that are important to making a holiday a success, especially when travelling with a young child. It was like having a concierge with you, everything had been thought of from start to finish.Eva helped us find a hotel with everything we needed in a great location that worked within our budget. She was in regular contact with us before the holiday ensuring we had everything and then again during the trip to make sure we were happy. There was 1 small issue when we arrived and Eva quickly dealt with this meaning we could focus on our holiday and completely relax.We will be using Eva again for our next holiday. Great service.

Ewa arranged our group travel to Lapland in January for my friends 40th birthday, there was 15 of us travelling in total so it wasn?t a small group yet Ewa made it seem effortless. From welcoming messages, to being able to pay the balance online or via Ewa herself, booking accommodation the night before we flew and she and her family decided to go on the same trip so we got to meet Ewa in person and say hello which was lovely. The outbound flight was delayed due to no fault of Ewas yet she kept us up to date with what was going on as much as she could. On the way back the airline left my suitcase behind and Ewa took it upon herself to contact me and the travel company to chase up my luggage. We then received a postcard in the post not long after returning home from Ewa to say thanks for booking through her AND she helped us submit compensation claim forms for the flight delay. Ewa went above and beyond. I highly recommend and will definitely book through you again. Thanks for making it such a memorable and easy trip Ewa x
