Thank you to Jazz from the Lighting and Home Organisation Department. We have been looking far and wide for the right lights for our Taverna, for months, and Jazz sorted us out with the perfect ones. No one could have done better and we can?t be happier. Five stars for perfect customer service, for going the extra mile to get the lights we needed, for a brilliant buying experience and for superb communication. Can't thank you enough. Massive debt of gratitude to wonderful Jazz and his team.

I dont know why we went, as it wasn't great at all. The time before probably was about 10 years ago which was ok as I remember but it just seemed to be pretty lifeless this time around.
Some of departments like the beds and couches looked like they hadn't been cleaned or changed for months for couches looked well used. The bedding looked dirty and slept in too which again wasnt appealing.
The poor indoor plants were dying from being so dry. Nothing looked appealing and everything seemed overpriced. The lighting area was very poor on choice and again expensive for what it is.
The food hall was ok but again expensive for what it is.
Dirty tables everywhere as well which is really annoying and off putting.
Sorry IKEA with the amount of competition out there your not as appealing as you once was, it didnt seem busy either for a Friday afternoon...I was looking for furniture and came out with a toilet brush and a bathroom mat. It's a lot to walk around and get more 'uninspired' as you go and by the end of it you dont know why you bothered walking in.....I doubt I'll ever go back and I'll be doing Wayfair and Debenhams and other furniture businesses online.

The walk you have to do from tip to bottom was awful, I found it really disorientating. Staff seemed grumpy and not willing to help.

It's an IKEA like every other, 4/5 because you have to get in from the top and you have to go up a lot of floors in some not too big or comfortable escalator ramps.
