All staff have very rude behavior with all delivery drivers they not ready order on time they always waste the time of delivery drivers they think the delivery drivers are not human
If we ask about order everyone say I don?t know I don?t know who is making after 30 minutes ask again then again same answer we don?t know if you can?t wait you can cancel the order

I popped in last week and went up to a lovely lady and asked if i may have some help t9 do my shopping as cant reach into fridges and freezers she finished stocking the fridge and got a trolley and then assisted me round the whole store. She did get called away a couple of times to help on the till but she apologised and came straight back. She then left me at the checkout where another welcoming lady served me and she said she had seen calamity jane. I said i would of loved to have seen it but due to my illnesses i wasnt able to and then we dicussed my play im working on and the other lady carried on putting my shopping on the checkout. I was made to feel very welcome and would recommend to other disabled customers. There is a car park behind the shop and the front door is wheelchair accessible. I also found the shop very easy to get round even though the aisle where the milk is is a litter narrower i managed to to turn round and go to the checkout woth no issues.

Placed order for delivery between 7-9am today 23/5/25 no order no phone call, not a word from them. Now I got cancel the order and wait 5 days for my money piss poor service

I placed a shop on Saturday, for a delivery slot between 7-9 the same day. The order never arrived and I was never notified why it hadn?t come, the following morning I tried to contact the branch and couldn?t get through to which I contacted customer service and even they had no response from the store (even though I knew they were open as I went and checked) I wouldn?t normally come on and bother with a review but the shop was around £350 and to not be told why my shop hadn?t been delivered or even rebooked for next day delivery is awful. It?s taken me and my dad to contact to see where this is and finally getting through this morning to book ?on my earliest convenience delivery slot? 10-12. Which means they had slots they were with holding my goods! I probably won?t be shopping at this store again the contact is disgusting and the fact you?ve potentially left a family without food. I?m still waiting for an email to say my delivery is on the way we are now at 11:10, so wish me luck! Also as a gesture of good will you get offered a bottle of wine or chocolates that come as an option not just as an apology especially for the fact you are missing over £350 worth of food!

I am a delivery driver for Deliveroo. Every time I come to pick up my items here, I have to wait 20-30 minutes. The bags are all messy and the attendants are rude. In this picture I took today, everything is tidy, but there are days when you can't even get to the collection point. There is a mess everywhere and the attendants are very rude.

Could someone please tell me why you don't sell Walls Light Ice Cream you sell normal Walls Ice Cream WHY not sell Walls Light Ice cream your Customer's will appreciate this especially when most of your Customer's have an issue with normal ICE CREAM Thanks
