Every time I've ate something from here recently has given me a bad stomach ache and diarrhea. Mainly frozen chicken items and their fresh chicken as well. Won't be trusting iceland anymore. Avoid.

Visited the Shirley store today I went to get a trolley amd none was there I asked the girl on the checkout about where I'd find one she said don't know like I interrupted her just sitting at the till
Then in the car park after getting the trolley there was a elderly couple who was struggling to use the QR code and yet again a Iceland staff member sat outside (I get they poss on a break) but wasn't interesting helping
And I not sure if it was just me EVERYTHING seems to be chicken or burgers in there
I spent £40 on 16 items
Def not returning
Staff need to look after the customers that does go in and shop there

Had everything I needed unlike the one in west quay retail park. They didn't even have a trolley the manager said they only had 10 trolleys. There was already 4 people waiting for one. So back to one in Shirley from now on.

Not the nicest place to come to but convenient if you want to pick up a few bits here. There is car park at rear of property. You can park here and if you spend over £5 then you get a QR code to scan on the car park kiosk before you exit the car park - be sure to ask for parking voucher when paying for your goods in Iceland. This isn?t the nicest part of town but this branch of Iceland has all the things you might want from an Iceland.

Store is just opposite of Sainsbury.It is almost half the size of Sainsbury but you get everything that you are looking for here and that too cheaper compared to other stores. The time spent here is also less as it is small and you don't get tired easily.Only downfall is no self check out facility and only 1 manned counter available.

I went there knewing exactly what i wanted 3 min before 7 they tell me is closed, is it normal to be closed when you still have to be open 3 min??
