A great place to work weather it is in the office developing products, supporting customers or out in the field fixing things when on the rare occasion things go wrong.

If you operate a forecourt - do yourself a favour and steer well clear of HTEC, you will spend most of your working week trying to chase engineers to get faults fixed -- Only to get shunned off to the next 'level' in the helpdesk

Wish I could give this company zero starts but not possible. Dullards clueless about how to solve real problems. Time wasters, who hang up when you don't say what they want to hear, if you want proper service, go elsewhere.

If you are a Forecourt DO NOT take their services. They are a bunch of inept, incompetent cowboys. Some of the worst customers service you will receive. A 7 year old has more technical knowledge than some of the people working at Htec.

After some teething problems (like with any new system) the system has settled down. I have found the management and staff very helpful. They will do their best to help you and sort out any issues you might have.
Andy Gent, their Customer Relations manager has been a great help along with Paresh in sales, Sunny and Sat on the help desk and Ranjit Gill on any installation issues etc.
Any of them are easily contactable even at the week ends.
A great company and I will highly recmend to any one. Keep it up you are all very dedicated and a valuable asset of this company.
