Just wanted to say a quick thank you to the lovely supervisor who?s helped me a couple of times now. Ages ago I had to return part of a big order I made during a promo ? I thought it would be a headache, but he sorted it so quickly and made it super easy.
Then today I saw him again when I popped in. I had a voucher from my points that wasn?t showing in the app, and he took the time to check my account and explain what to do.
Really appreciate how calm and helpful he always is.

Absolutely love shopping at the Holland & Barrett in Southampton. The store is always well stocked and clean, and I can usually find everything I need from vitamins and supplements to healthy snacks. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they really seem to know their stuff if you have questions.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to live a bit healthier or just try something new.

My partner and I were trying to look around the shop on what vitamins to buy but the ladies who work there were loudly complaining about a manager changing the work hours without any consideration of us being there and when we tried to go to different places in the store they somehow needed to complain there as well. Had to walk out of the shop as this was a stressful shopping experience and environment.
Also why are Holland and Barrett tablet jars only half full, it is just a waste of product/plastic. :/

I noticed that some of the products I purchased online are nearing or have surpassed their expiration dates, and the nuts in particular have an off taste. Today is end of October, the products for kids expiration dates at Nov 2024. Very frustrated??.

I've been coming here for years in town this time it had a different atmosphere as it's a bit of different layout there is a couple of girls that are really rude they had stuff on the floor which I nearly tripped over I asked a lady if she could direct me to a few things she just pointed and I just left because I can't be bothered with a customer service like that so I left honestly I don't know if it's just people or just rudeness but I'm a customer and they should treat me like a customer and not something that was just dragged off the street won't be going there again

Popped in to buy Fat Metaboliser pills.
Nice helpful lady helped me find them, then at the till, another nice, helpful lady helped me get another at half price, then saved me even more money with my email address. What a brilliant shop and staff.
