Came in for needle and thread plus glue for daughters ballet shoes (shoes in hands for correct colour). First member of staff not helpful at all, pointed me in direction of cotton thread, said no glue on shelf so could not help. Saving grace was the American accent lady on the till. Purchased glue from Screwfix in the end. Shame as they used to help more especially dads on a mission ?

Great selection of 94 paints, which replaced the Montana Golds. Can't fault them and better priced too.
Always have any random bits i need for projects and staff here have always been helpful.

Always enjoy coming to Hobbycraft, they have rearranged again and there are now even more yarn options to choose from! Always find what I need and it is always very clean. The sales staff are fantastic and always polite and happy to help (in particular Arden!)

Ordering from them was good. A decent selection of kits. Though they hardly have any stock of Tamiya paint with most of the slots empty and not restocked. Rather annoying if you are buying a Tamiya kit when you can't get hold of Tamiya paints because they never have stock.

Got served by Rosie right before closing and she was an absolute delight! So personable, so funny and lovely, and made our trip! They were very complimentary of my amazing trousers too. We couldn't find what we needed at a different Hobbycraft and they had more than enough here at this location. Thanks everyone!!
