I bought a pair of faulty jeans for my daughter (with a hole in them) and returned them the very next day to this store. The staff were extremely rude and refused to refund me, even though the item was clearly faulty. I was told strange things like ?we sell fingers? and was dismissed unfairly. This goes against UK consumer rights. Very disappointing experience ? would not recommend this store.

Just had the most stressful experience. Shop is on sale , at the till staff didn?t honour the price was on the tag!
I explained by law they need to take payment from what stands on tag . She was very rude towards me she even renounce the tag with the price in front of me . Is the product is wrongly priced is the staff responsibility to fix it before costumer go to the till to pay for it

Don?t often find anything I like in there, it has a very panicky atmosphere and the self-service checkouts are a pain, they always have issues, but the ?person checkouts? always have a massive queue! As do the changing rooms! Not keen on this shop.

Was advised to order something online as the size available wasn't available in store. Order said "waiting for Evri to collect for delivery" or something along those lines. Said should arrive within 3-5 days but now almost 10 days later with no contact from Evri I have had to contact H+M who have told me they are cancelling and refunding the order as it has been "lost in transit" by Evri, this is the second time they have failed to deliver a parcel to me and I think it's a shame a company like H+M are using them. Please stop using Evri to deliver your products (well fail to deliver your products) not good at all. This was meant to be a Christmas gift as well.

The prices are reasonable, and they offer great last-minute options for kids.
There?s also a wide selection of fancy, themed costumes to choose from.

The cashier who runs both self scan and main tills in the afternoon is great. Have been in twice now and they were great helping me at the checkout. Give them a raise they work hard

The girls who work near the dressing room are always very friendly, and the girls at the cash desk are very rude and intolerant of people from other countries. This is your job and I should not suffer from your bad mood or dissatisfaction if I did not understand you the first time.

H&M needs to come with a new security method, as I've walked out of the store, the security machine beeped and made the security guard stop me and ask me to check the tags, the security was nice in explaining how the tags now have a code that connect to the machines and it takes a while to update on the system.
But it's quite embarassing for the casual shoppers to be stopped at on the way out considering they just bought something.
Maybe headoffice could update their software in making the purchase and tag code update faster to avoid these frustration situations? Makes me not want to set foot in H&M stores again to avoid the public embarassment.

Queues far too long! Had self service but it didn't work! No staff, and the staff that were there certainly weren't behind the till. Had to wait 14 minutes to be served by 1 cashier whilst there are another 3 counters closed. Nah!
