They have a good selection of plants and garden supplies. The garden centre is well laid out, and umbrellas are available on rainy days. They also have a cafe which does have a good selection of food and drinks. Food was served quickly was piping hot, and very tasty.

It's lovely place my review is based on the really poor breakfast we endured on the 28th January. Normally it is very good but not this time.

How hard can it be to serve a hot breakfast. Two large breakfast (hardly large just on a big plate) for £20 and everything was over cooked and cold. Sausages and bacon were rock hard and no mushrooms. Used to be a really lovely Sunday breakfast but not anymore, the staff are lovely but will not be going again.

Went in for a coffee on way home from a funeral, but have visited many times before. The garden centre is great, huge choice of plants.and shrubs as well as in season flowers. Coffee was good too.

Website says dog friendly. Queued and ordered a hot drink in the cafe. Sat down only to be told dogs are not allowed in the "restaurant" only the garden centre as it upsets the customers. Offer of an alternate place to sit in the conference room meant being isolated or the possibility of being moved on again. Would have been less embarrassing if there was a sign at the cafe entrance or if we were informed when purchasing drinks and before sitting down. Otherwise a half decent coffee.

Great Garden centre for plants etc. Cafe big disappointment. no Gluten Free options except a couple of pre-packed cakes. Jacket potatoes come with just coleslaw! None of the staff smiled. Garsons and Stewarts in Fareham could teach them a lot.

Nice restaurant and coffee shop. Great plants, trees and shrubs. At the higher end of the price spectrum, but you are playing for quality. I think it's good value.

My wife and I were served cold breakfasts after the kitchen had belled 3 times. We send our food back then we received overcooked warm breakfasts the second time?.. mostly inedible! Not what we would expect from Hilliers.

I've always found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The place always looks tidy, well presented and well stocked too.As well as their vast array of plants and gardening equipment, they also have garden ornaments, furniture, BBQs and heaters, fire pits, clothing, gifts, bird feeders, a cafe (which I am yet to try), and plenty of other things to tempt you (e.g. cakes, wines, preserves).Nearby is a hot tub shop, Owton's butchers, a hand car wash, pet centre and an aquatic and reptile shop too.

After waiting for 25 minutes for a baked potato it arrived and the potato was undercooked and stone cold. Worst baked potato ever and service was pretty poor too. Lots of young kids who didn?t seem to know what they were doing.

Typical Hillier outlet, nice cafe and plenty of add on businesses including a pet and butchers shop.
