Never had a single issue with this pharmacy. Alerts let me know when medications are ready to collect and if there's anything owing or needs ordering, the team always communicates this with me.Pharmacists are always helpful and offer good / practical advice.Would recommend.

We received our flu vaccinations this morning. Great care was taken to wear a proper mask (I am immunosuppressed) and there was great kindness and professionalism. The pharmacy is always pleasant and helpful, and the delivery surface very prompt.

Went for Covid booster and flu jabs. The service was absolutely outstanding. Warm and welcoming. Efficient and thorough in administering the jabs. Pharmacist and his colleague were charming.

Every time I go to collect a prescription, I have to wait a ridiculously long time. If one customer in the front of the queue is taking a long time (e.g. they've had to go and look elsewhere for the item or they're being recommended products), no one comes to serve the other customers waiting.Before, I've gone to collect multiple prescriptions and they've insisted there's only 1. Later when I run out of medication, I ring them up only to find out they've had it the whole time!Frequently give me owing slips as they don't have the full amount in stock.Generally wouldn't recommend. Very slow and inefficient, and it takes them ages to locate even fully made-up prescriptions.

have been using this pharmacy for several years, and found problems a year or two back . But recently the service has improved a lot,. BUT TODAY I CHECKED THE WEBSITE FOR OPEN TIMES, IT CLEARLY STATES IS OPEN ALL AFTERNOON ON SATURDAY. (website headed Alphega) After a 20 minute walk in the rain I found it had closed at lunch time. So I will be without my meds until Monday, assuming it is not closed for the bank holiday.
