“Health food and Fitness shop based in East Street close to Southampton City Centre. East Street is a one way street and parking can be really difficult. This shop always has a good variety of products and tends to have the new things on the market. They often have sales and the discounts during the sale are always reasonable. The staff are very helpful and full of information, they really know their stuff about each and every product. You can get a GNC card which costs £10 for a year and it automatically gets you 10-15% off everything and further % of sale items. So if you shop there often enough it is really worth it.”
