All the staff are kind and helpful and very efficient. If there is something I need that isn't in stock the staff will all tell me where the nearest branch is that has stock or I can order online and collect next day. I don't think I would have been able to do everything without the team here helping me!”

they gave me a few options of things to buy, one I could get immediately, or one I'd have to wait for
as well as the knowledge the one with wait isn't in stock at nearby branches, lest I wanted to have a wee pootle in the van
