Went into Halfords Hedge End to enquire about roof rails & boxes. We were very fortunate to speak to Jon who clearly knew his stuff. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Even offered us to come back in at a later date to make sure we fitted it all okay. Been a long time since had such an excellent customer care ??

Very Good, needed a new battery for my Mother in law. Went on-line and searched for one using car registration, Halfords had several different options. I chose the one I wanted and ordered on line, there was a £10 discount if you spend over £50 so that was a real bonus. Collected from my local store the same day. Good Service, Good Product, Good Price. Thanks Halfords.

A bought a car battery with fitting. The mechanic was very helpful and suggested a battery which was the same as the existing one which was cheaper than the one suggested on the Halfords website.

Went to hedge end store last week to have a free battery check on my Halfords battery. What a waste of time. All the lad did was do a simple voltage check and pronounced my battery fine despite me suffering symptoms of a battery loosing power and not holding charge. No cca test or voltage underload etc. Took it to kwik fit and got a proper free bosch test with detailed printouts. No way would I recommend Halfords if you expect the guarantee to be worth anything and yes I will go to kwik fit for a new battery!

Needed a battery change. Done under the Gazebo outside the store in cold miserable Sleet & Snow. Nothing but a cheery attitude from Damon, who not only fitted my battery. But answered all my questions about what was under the bonnet. I learnt a few things from him. Halfords should be proud of him, a credit to the company.
