I turned up at the branch and asked if I could have a new battery fitted and I was seen to straight away. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently and i was back on the road within half an hour. Thanks to all the staff it was very much appreciated

I went into your store today with my husband who was after a bulb for our car.
I would like to give a special shout out to your colleague Tyler who heard my husband talking about which one. He responded promptly with good interaction and helped us via a phone on which one to choose.
I also work in retail so I know it's nice to get good feedback and customer service is something that I feel is important each and everyday. Tyler displayed this and I also thanked him on the spot. Well done!
