Dodi, at the Southampton West Quay store, served my 80 year old mother, who has dementia, today. I was so impressed with his care, patience and kindness towards her in helping her choose a necklace for her granddaughter. He was delightful and made my mother?s day. Please can be commended for his outstanding customer service.

I've received consistent, excellent, customer service from this store. I made an initial online purchase and was called by Dodi who couldn't have been more helpful both on the phone and when I arrived instore. Penny gave me some bounceback vouchers which I was inspired to use due to the initial good service I had received (so they work!) I then also received patient and excellent service first from Nelia (Dodi recognised me but was busy with another customer) then from Penny on a further visit. All too often it is easy to complain about shop service but each of these team members are a credit to H. Samuel. I am enjoying all of my purchases, thank you!
