Dodi, at the Southampton West Quay store, served my 80 year old mother, who has dementia, today. I was so impressed with his care, patience and kindness towards her in helping her choose a necklace for her granddaughter. He was delightful and made my mother’s day. Please can be commended for his outstanding customer service.
