Always 10/10. I have only recently starting coming back here to this Greggs but it?s been perfect every time, constantly stocked up and friendly service with a smile. They always work hard too!

I?m a frequent customer of Southampton Greggs on Above Bar, but today I went to the Southampton Greggs in High-street. I was disappointed, as always the pasties were not freshly made & was cold. I can?t have Mocha or chocolate drinks because they said they run out of chocolate powder, so I bought Latte. When I was looking for a table to sit, they were not cleaned & the floor not swept, littered with wrappers & tissues; the atmosphere was ?. I wipe cleaned my table moved away the rubbish under my feet. Hope the management looks into these problems and fix it before it?s too late. Thank you.

Taking ages to be served as priorities are for delivery only get half hour lunch 10mins wating around they need to think of the foot traffic

I bought a sausage roll, lovely, but it went too quickly. My friend had a cheese and onion square which she nibbled while the smell drove me wild with desire. She wouldn't tear the remnant in half, nor could I distract her with the offer of a game of I SPY WITH MY LITTLE EYE. I thought she was selfish really.

Love the vegetable bakes and the vegan and veggie options.However they keep forgetting to put cream on the speciality coffees. I do like greggs coffee and often choose it over costa. I just don't wanna be huffed at over the sake of putting cream on.
