Well, what can I say, apart from what a totally miserable, rude staff member serve me.Didn?t make any eye contact or even acknowledge I was there!I politely asked for what I wanted. Half was put on one side of counter, the other on the complete opposite side!! I am on crutches and didn?t even ask if I wanted a bag.In fact he didn?t say one word the whole transaction!! ?He had quite a lot of facial hair, and in my opinion should of had a net over it fir hygiene purposes .Never have I ever encountered this poor customer service in any of you other stores!

Good value food, used to pick up a bacon roll and coffee on my way to uni. One of the staff members even started to remember my order.

Greggs is Greggs, but the staff here are great, and that makes the difference between being an OK Greggs and a really good Greggs that you'll happily visit again.

Today when I came in to buy a piece of pizza, their staffs were chatting, I said hello to one of them, and she saw me, but she didn't say anything to me, she turned her face to another staff and continue to chat with him, and I said hello again, she still didn't answer me, and I just about to leave, the other staff said hello and take my order. And I must say the pizza was cold today as well, I need to reheat when I get back to my shop! Won't go to this store again!
