Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service. Today I needed help with some links adjusted on one of my watches, I was greeted by Sara, who although being new to the showroom, was very kind & wanted to help. I was told that Tom would be around 15 minutes and they could see I was in immense pain & drenched because it was pouring outside, so I was offered a drink, Kasia was wonderful & bought me a Whisky. They went way beyond expectations that day. Tom's knowledge of all watches was amazing & we talked for an hour about our love of watches, he was very kind & didn't charge me for adjusting the watch & kindly ordered in a Cartier Santos for me to view in the New Year. Without doubt I will not go anywhere else for my next watch. Thank you Sara, Kasia & Tom, you made my day & I want everyone to know that if they are in the market for the Highest Quality Jewellery or The Finest Timepiece, they can be treated like Royalty at Goldsmith West Quay Southampton.Wishing you All a Very Merry Christmas & A Magical New Year.Thank you Dan R.

We had a great experience at goldsmiths West Quay southampton, Sharon looked after us and was very helpful and professional. Absolutely outstanding experience with Kristina from our first time in store to collecting our wedding bands. Kristina listened to what we wanted and let us take our time choosing our bands, we didn?t feel rushed or pressured and enjoyed some Prosecco whilst there too! Kristina kept in touch with us throughout the process as my ring my bespoke and kept us updated with everything so we had peace of mind. When we came to collect, we tried the rings on and again, this was such a lovely experience and was so relaxed and enjoyable. Thankyou Kristina for being so amazing, look forward to popping in to see you when we next visit Southampton West Quay!

The repair to my Omega watch took over 6 months. So although the staff in store were very charming the length of time to be without my watch seemed excessive. Very disappointed it took so long.

Excellent service when buying my new Brietling. Offered tea and coffee immediately and felt valued immediately. No pressure what do ever on previous visits and they very more than happy to let me try on many different watches and give me honest feedback if some were really too small for my wrist. After saving for months on end finally had enough to treat myself to a breitling endurance pro the excitement was real after two short months the date wouldn?t change, took it back wellLuckily it has warranty not so luck at the length of time estimated date July sometime they can?t be sure and they don?t know when exactly as there are shortages of parts!!!! They will let me know when. Three months to fix a watxh that was two months old, you don?t feel very special the sale is done and they willLet you know no emails saying we apologize for the inconvenience and we chasing daily and will keep you informed of the progress sad service and really disappointed after buying a luxury watch and it having a fault and then needs to be repaired not replaced etc and we have to as the client call in to try find out and no one has Answers
