Shockingly bad service. Dont bother buying an expensive watch from Goldsmiths. Purchased a Panerai watch, it's been faulty twice during first 3 months, the watch is not fit for purpose and of poor quality. Goldsmiths don't want to know, don't want to help, just offered to send off to Panerai which will take 12 weeks.

I can recommend Goldsmiths as a jeweler and also for quality repairs.I have recently used them for a 20+year old necklace {bought at a goldsmiths store} and am looking forward to seeing my favourite necklace again in one piece.

Visited Goldsmiths Southampton to replace my engagement ring. I would highly recommended Sharon and her team at the Southampton store. Sharon was so personable, friendly and welcoming from the start. And we finished feeling like she was on our little journey! Thank you again!

Have used this Jeweler for watch and jewelry repairs for some years now. They have a great range of watches in store. Since their refurbishment, they now offer refreshments and have a small bar.

Excellent service from all the staff. They were very polite and helpful and very friendly and helped me choose the watch I brought. They also put a link extra link in the watch and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service. Today I needed help with some links adjusted on one of my watches, I was greeted by Sara, who although being new to the showroom, was very kind & wanted to help. I was told that Tom would be around 15 minutes and they could see I was in immense pain & drenched because it was pouring outside, so I was offered a drink, Kasia was wonderful & bought me a Whisky. They went way beyond expectations that day. Tom's knowledge of all watches was amazing & we talked for an hour about our love of watches, he was very kind & didn't charge me for adjusting the watch & kindly ordered in a Cartier Santos for me to view in the New Year. Without doubt I will not go anywhere else for my next watch. Thank you Sara, Kasia & Tom, you made my day & I want everyone to know that if they are in the market for the Highest Quality Jewellery or The Finest Timepiece, they can be treated like Royalty at Goldsmith West Quay Southampton.Wishing you All a Very Merry Christmas & A Magical New Year.Thank you Dan R.

We visited the West Quay Southampton store to get our watches serviced. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We have since purchased 2 more watches as we know the aftercare will be superb.

We had a great experience at goldsmiths West Quay southampton, Sharon looked after us and was very helpful and professional.
