I had two cars for 20,000 mile service on the same day. Both were completed on time and I was notified they were ready for collection earlier than I had expected.The only thing that was slightly annoying was that I was advised there were things that needed doing to make both cars fit for the road like tyres and brake pads. I was quoted prices, by phone, on the day, that turned out to be more than if I had phoned up for a quote, prior to the service day. Other than that I was very happy with the work done.

Wife had to unexpectedly pop in with a flat tyre whilst shopping from Central Dorset. They were extremely busy with prearranged work but managed to squeeze her in and were very helpful and polite. Would definitely use again and thank you.

AVOID!!Came here for an MOT on my 4 year old Golf. They failed it because I had an airbag warning light on (this was the result of a flat battery a few days before). All that was required to sort it was to plug in the diagnostics device to clear the fault - a 5min job at most. Not only did they refuse to sort it out there an then (most decent MOT stations would have done it before failing it for a nominal extra fee), they told me I would have to book it in for a retest costing £15 and they wanted to charge £45 for the 5min task of clearing the fault code. Fortunately, I found a friendly garage who cleared the code for £10, but sadly I still had to pay the re-test fee, which basically covered them to start the car and check for warning lights.THIS GARAGE IS ONLY OUT TO CREATE EXTRA WORK FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS GARAGE AGAIN!

Have always had a good experience with the guys at Formula One West Quay.Dusty and the guys recently had to sort my mot,change my coolant and an air con clean.....dusty actually sorted my bonnet catch for me as well because it was sticking....so these guys go above and beyond what is asked from them.Highly recommended and super friendly and efficient.

I booked my van in for a clutch replacement after originally going to another garage that couldn?t do the work required I decided to use this garage even after they added an additional £250 on the price I was quoted online I just needed the work done so I still went ahead?but after paying over £120 to have the van transported to the garage they called me and said they also can?t do the work required and they didn?t know my van was a semi automatic gearbox ?..and now I?m having to pay another £120 to get it back to my house !They had all the details of my vehicle including the registration so to say they didn?t know was complete and utter nonsense and I?ll be forwarding the transport cost to this garage to cover with legal action taken if it?s not paid.A complete waste of time and resources and although I?ve now found a garage that can do the work I now have to wait another 2 weeks to have it fixed meaning I?ll now have to hire a car until it?s done which adds up even more and like I?ve mentioned I?ve already waited for this garage?s availability only to be turned away .Unprofessional and completely unorganised.Avoid!

Don't live locally, had a breakdown and didn't know what to do. Walked to the shop and they went above and beyond to get me going. Staff were friendly, helpful and super patient with me, and got me going within a hour. They were able to help out straight away and I'm so grateful.
