Good lift for disabled customers, quite narrow walkways but very helpful staff who are happy to help operate the lift or find items for you. Came here with my partner and we were impressed with the range of Star Wars collectibles and figures, as well as the graphic novel section downstairs!

Surprisingly good store! Went in not expecting much but was impressed by the range. Loads of cool gadgets and unique items I didn?t even know I needed. Definitely worth a visit?I?ll probably be back soon to pick up a few things I couldn?t resist.

Whilst some staff were helpful when prompted, it was really like they?d rather be elsewhere. I really struggled to move around the place, especially navigating doors and lifts, wasn?t very nice for staff to just watch, instead of maybe holding a door open. I asked for an item to be held behind the counter and the staff member was rude, I left and didn?t return as it was too much like hard work, not worth struggling to open the door for.

I've been a customer here for over ten years straight, and I've got to say this is hands down my favourite shop in all of Southampton.
The place is consistently stocked with old and new items, so it never falls behind in quality and consistency, and remains so actively stocked it's near impossible to miss what you're going for. On the topic of stock, it's full of everything a typical nerd could ever need; manga, figures, plushies, comics, graphics novels, I could go on but the word limit says otherwise, my point is it's a EXTREMELY versatile shop.
Finally the prices are fair, and the offer of student discount is always appreciated. A must visit whenever you visit Southampton central.

They had a good manga section that had quite a lot of up to date new released manga. They have the 3 for 2 on most of the manga so that is always good. Staff were very friendly and helpful
