Visited with a quick appointment time, same day availability. Got gel extensions, nothing too fancy, although the younger girls were asking for longer & more decorated nails. Bring a picture of what you want, & they'll do it for you. This place is CASH ONLY

They always do a fantastic job on my nails. Fast and efficient. It gets busy yes, and sometimes you can end up waiting a bit, but to me that's a good sign that they're popular and good at what they do

It's the first time I am having my nails done and the lady did an average job. I was not sure what to go with and was asking questions and suggestions and she was actually not understanding what I am saying and just answering something randomly and not in a pleasant way and passed the job to a young chap as it's just shellac without design. As its fist for me, I expected she would do it not a new learner. when I have chosen a design for ring finger she asked me to comeover and did my nails with a small design on one finger and charged me 20£ which I found is reasonable. Overall the hygiene of the store was not great.

Walked in,(no appt) and only waited 5 mins, the gent did my toes and I am so happy with them, would definitely return to try their infills when my finger nails are due. He was very friendly and welcoming.

i do not recommend this place. i understood that they was busy and was willing to wait. waited 45 minutes possibly longer to get a full set. the man i cannot fault at all he was very gentle and did them with care did not rush even though it was packed. he then passed over to the women to finish of. she was really rough and was rushing we?re she obviously made mistakes. all she asked was what colour i wanted and didn?t ask what shape i wanted either. i asked for purple n came out with pink as a girl with really bad anxiety i didn?t question it. i wouldn?t have been extremely fussed if she actually took the time to paint them properly the sides of my nails aren?t painted. she even grabbed hold of my wrist tightly and pulled me over to the dryer. never again! i really recommend the nail shop next door KT never had any issues with them it was just a shame they was fully booked. if you are busy don?t allow customers to come in for them to wait for ages for you not to do the job properly!Service: Acrylic nails

Daughter spent 90 minutes plus with plastic nails on her fingers waiting to be done because the girl kept pushing her behind other customers that were allegedly booked. When I phone to see what was going on she screamed and hollered down the phone saying my daughter had been happy to wait, when i asked her if she had been told it was going to be 2 hours plus wait and she refused to answer me and put the phone down on me . My daughter picked off the plastic nails and left after she took a fifth customer that had walked in after her. If you have bookings and no space for walk ins you should make that very clear! My daughter will not be back after what she's just been through.Service: Acrylic nails

Mary and her husband always do a great job on my nails, I wouldn?t use anywhere else. I drive down from Winchester to use this shop as I know Mary is quick and very good at what she does. Lovely people , but the shop is not the cleanest . It?s a shame , but the place is shabby , nail clippings all over the place . Just puts you off . Hence I?ve stopped going . Shame as they are good

This is a family run business, which I loooove! I got my first set here a couple weeks ago. Pastel, each finger different.Shop is busy which is good, very kind staff- some shops can be very flaky but this one is amazing! I was recommended by a lady who works in Annie?s cafe. Her nails were beautiful!I went back today to get my previous nails taken off and done again. A nail did snap during a couple of weeks wear initially but that is to be expected. I went to another nail salon to fix it as I was out of Southampton and it was horrid! Very think and not as pretty and feminine as the ones from focus. So today I went back and had them done as Mary is so talented.My fingers have always been a sore subject as I used tp pick the skin around the nail which made me really hate looking at them. Mary is such a delight so really goes the extra mile. Her husband is also very lovely and her sons are also very respectful and charming.Couldn?t recommended MORE if I tried.Services: Dip powder
