Milkshake has frequently not been delivered and forgotten from order refund does not cover a re-delivery and rest of food is cold by the time the replacement arrives

I ordered my cheeseburger and chips on the just eat app as I do 3-4 times per month, around 7pm delivery was estimated to be 8pm-8:20pm, I tracked my order and watched the delivery driver take a route that was way off being the fastest, the delivery actually stopped for nearly 10 minutes or more about 8:15pm on route to me, my order arrived at 8:40pm, when I opened my food in my kitchen most of my chips had been eaten, one of the burgers had been eaten and the 2nd burger had about a quarter to a third of it eaten.
I called five guys straight away and complained I was told to complain via the APP I ordered from, I asked to speak to a manager because I was very unhappy and very hungry as I had waited so long for my food that had been mostly eaten, the person I spoke to said that he was the manager and couldn?t help me any more and hung up on me. ???

First time going to five guys after it came highly recommend! I was very disappointed staff were miserable music was far too loud burger was very dry and a ridiculous amount of chips I won?t be back ?

Fast food. Restaurant quality burger and chips. Not as expensive as some people think. Spend a bit on the burger and you get loads of chips in a medium for 2 people. Unlimited toppings on the burger. Unlimited drinks of which the selection is expansive and unlimited sauces. Heinz mayo and ketchup. Good fast service too.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and wide aisles. Also can wheel a chair up to a table easy if it?s not packed.

Hayden was amazing, had great service and most of all great help with my girlfriend's allergies, love the atmosphere they presented great help, definitely will come back the food was amazing as well.

The burger was cold and soaked through with grease and my bun might aswell been thrown at a wall the presentation was shocking,

Cheese dog, absolutely gross I wanted to throw up. Chips decent, only really liked the milkshakes, burgers have real cow meat but very sickly. So greasy I felt like I could start a fire.
