I went to Sofeens house for Natural Eyelash extensions after finding her on Google search. She opened until 20.00 which was perfect for me as I could go after work. It was my first time having them done so I was a little apprehensive. Sofeen was very polite and knowledgeable about the eyelash extensions, gave me the cautions about skin sensitivity, patch test etc., aftercare advice and talked me through the whole thing before we started. The actual process was very calm and relaxing, and following her directions made for a very pleasant overall experience. When I finally got to see my new lashes I was extremely happy! She?d sized them perfectly to my natural lashes and it looked just like I?d curled them and put on mascara but without that hassle of actually doing it everyday! I would definitely recommend her, and will undoubtedly be returning myself in a few weeks. ??????????

I personally would not go back to this lady again. Just to clarify I have had eyelashes extensions before, just not from this lady. Nothing seemed too wrong with my eyelashes straight away however I quickly realised they were gappy and clumped in areas and never looked fanned out and nice. This being without any fallout and only 2 days after I got them done. If I were to brush my eyelashes they were painful and pulling on my eyes. It is now 3 weeks later and I have gone to take my remaining eyelashes off with oil as recommended and what has always worked in the past and again it was painful and all the clumps of eyelashes I mentioned earlier will not come off. I?ve tried for too long and have had to give up since my eyes went red and sore. My own eyelashes have fallen out with fake ones that were just too heavy for my eyelashes, this is with no pulling and has never happened before with any other eyelash technician. Even if I had paid £25 I would be completely unhappy with this treatment so let alone the fact it was £45 for classics. Utterly ridiculous and I will never be going back. I also have never left a bad review on anyone?s page however I am so unhappy with what has happened that I do not want others to face the same issues .

Soften was great! She?s a lovely lady and very knowledgeable. Smashed out my eyelashes within an hour and they look beautiful. Really thinks about what lashes are best for you.
