They claim zero commission but they're rates are terrible and they are actually taking between 20 and 25% comission. Don't go there, they are just fleecing foreign nationals.

I ordered Japanese yen on Euro Exchange website and I paid near 2.5k pounds. They sent me a date and hour to collect. Today I visit the branch to collect but unfortunetly they dont have my order. And I must wait on it another 4 days so I ask about refound. So they cancel my order and inform me that I not pay anny fee for cancelation but I must waiting betwin 4 and 5 days on my money. Tommorow is my flight.

Served by Christina P today - bad attitude, unfriendly and off putting demeanour, shouldn't be in a customer facing role if she is that surly. Tbh, everytime I've come here over the years, staff act as if you're inconveniencing them by making them do their job, so will not use again.
