I?m a 74 yr old and had to change my battery that was on lifetime warranty They said I had to bring battery in to get new one I told them it was in my car just outside the door They because of insurance said they couldn?t take it off for me I?ve no one to do it so they said take to a garage and get it taken off and get someone to bring you back I don?t have anyone I was saved by a young man in the queue behind me who said he?d get served take his items back and then come back which he did Im fed up of this insurance H&S get out clauses Surely men who work in a stores dept for cars are capable of taking a battery off and on If not Europarts should train a couple up Not everyone as someone to rely on especially when you an OAP

Huge range of products but I waited about 30 minutes to be served. Fully understand it was lunch time but one person serving when there is a queue of about 10 people out the front is not good enough. We could even see the other staff out the back sat down eating lunch.

Red light? They're not fussed! Their delivery lorry (reg no. FD69 FVE) ploughed through an obvious red light this morning 07:15 (16/10/2023) at Jct 3 roundabout, off the M27. An absolute disregard for other road users, through pure laziness and arrogance. ECP, if the lorry had a dash cam, check it, and re-educate the culprit.

Good service ( normally very helpful) regarding any question or doubt you may have )and offering affordable prices ( always with some promotional campaign going on also for some items).I do recommend this business for the way they deal with the clients.

Very polite and efficient on the front desk. Easy pick up at 8.10am. Works like Screwfix basically. Browse online, reserve stock, then go collect. Parking is ok. I was in and out in 3min so if full, you shouldn't have to wait long.

Very helpful staff on the shop front, when I rang up for a few items, the on the end of the phone sounded as if he couldn't be bothered, and no we have not this spark plug Spanner in stock, but when I drove there and ask for exactly the same item, the guy said yes sir, we have one, I guess the guy I spoke to on the phone was on the other till, because it sounded as if he couldn't be bothered and attitude towards the customer he was serving was very poor

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative opinion and share the lack of professionalism and understanding by some members of the crew.I managed to come at the last moment before closing on Saturday because a friend just got stuck in the parking lot with a broken car and without one of the parts it will stay like this for a few days at least until Monday. I wanted to come in, the employee came faster and changed the sign to closed, he informed me that he would not let me in even though I asked him for help, especially since we tried to call to buy some by phone or online while on the road, unfortunately no one answered.Even though there were still people in the store, the employee told me that he couldn't sell me the product because they wanted to close it and lied to me that the system was down, seeing that there were still customers inside and he was in a hurry to go home and I could return on Monday.Instead of helping and selling a part in a minute, he preferred to explain a few and refuse to help in need.I have bought parts from them many times, from today I will try to use other services if possible and will advise my friends to do the same, for sure the friend who stayed with the broken car until Monday will try never use their service agian
