Check Website prices before buying anything,
im an account holder that has just been charged more for an item in store than what it is being sold for on their website,
The list price on my invoice is almost double the amount shown on line,
ive just called to challenge this and was told that the branch does not have time to check its own prices so i should do this online myself before going to the shop to buy anything,
and they would credit the difference on this occasion but not something they would normally do,
Not the response i expected but then got told its because i dont spend enough money with them,
Not very good local business

Attempted to return an online order, their website clearly states that you can return any item if unused to a euro car parts store with either the delivery invoice or order confirmation number, I had the number but they somehow couldn?t find it. A staff member told me ?Google the customer service number and get the WIP code?
This whole process took 45 minutes to return an item they incorrectly sent me.

I got a return part with a defect on it ? tried to book a mechanic a 2 weeks now and no other part on stock really is not the first time they are doing this ?. I pay for a new part just give me new sealed part?.
