My first visit to Elite garage, was so positive. The arrangements for the repair were uncomplicated, clear and very timely. Repairing my wheel bearing was completed quicker and with slightly less than expected.I went to pick up the car but the smoke from a nearby fire meant I agreed with Elite to leave the car overnight. They moved cars around to get my car out from where they kept it safe inside the garage, nothing seemed to much trouble. I will always go to Elite for my repairs in the future.

Great experience here so far from taking my car for repairs, they're friendly on the phones. One minor comment would be I didn't get a call back with a quote recently, i had to call them back 24 hours later - but to be fair we all forget things sometimes and they could have been quite busy at the time I called. Very reasonably priced (I called around a few local garages, these guys quoted the best price for my front brake pads & discs) the quotes varied from over £300 to these guys quoting me just under £200! Recently had a full service done here too. Would definitely recommend

After a couple of costly & almost certainly overpriced repairs at other garages -being a new driver at the time and female, I found Elite Garages Southampton and haven't been anywhere else since, honest & helpful, and good advice if needed, and good prices, I won't even look at another garage now ?? and I've also recommended this garage to Family and friends who now also return..

Has my Mazda for a rattle coming from underneath in a Saturday. Dropped it off about 4:30 on Friday that was told if I waited to that have a look at straight away.10 minutes later there located the problem and fixed it.When I asked how much the bill was going to be, I was told it was nothing as it was sorted so quick.Definitely be using then from now on!

Gary and the team were very accommodating despite being fully booked. They found the issue and replaced the part well within a 24hr period.
