Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and allowed us to try many different mattresses, whilst steering us in the direction of alternatives to try. Unfortunately I can't remember their names, but I do wish to thank them for their help.

Madhurima truly went above and beyond during our visit to Dreams Southampton! I have visited Dreams Southampton last week. It was an amazing experience. Really appreciate their customer support and service. We met Scott who helped us to choose the right mattresses. The technology they use for selecting the right bed is excellent and it?s individualized. We also got two beds for our teenage girls. The prices are pretty reasonable comparing to other places for those beds and mattresses. We specially like the quality. Rima who is working there so nice lady and offered us coffee. It was a pleasant experience than shopping. She has given us special discounts, pillows and free travel pillows for my girls. They both did their best to make the deal so reasonable and arrange quick delivery for us. I highly recommend ?Dreams? to buy your beds and mattress because of the quality, price and the service they provide. Never had such a friendly team in a furniture shop. Thank you Rima and Scott!!!!!!

Rima, was so helpful, visited the store twice ti get the right mattress, she was patient and answered ant questions I had. Would highly recommend a visit there.

Very helpful staff, I was offered coffee and used their computerised sleep evaluation bed. I was then given a choice of beds to try based on the computer diagnosis. I also was given a pillow to try out, which was so comfortable that I bought that as well as a mattress. The whole experience was very relaxed aided by attentive and friendly staff. Well done!

At 80 years old I thought I had seen it all, but NO. I have just had a delivery, And you could not have asked for two pure gentlemen as Kieran and Callum could not have asked for a better experience, a credit to Dreams, in fact I would say, Dreams are lucky to have them,

We were welcomed warmly by the staff.
Both of the staff were very helpful and enjoyed using the new bed computer.
We were offered refreshments and looked after very well. We tried 5 beds and bought 1 double Mattress. Thanks for a great service!
