Prices are decent staff are friendly and always quick service but if u go into the dominos they don?t except cash no more so make sure u have a card available
Parking: Few parking spots outside but if there full it?s can be difficult to find and parking spot

As a former dominos franchisee. I have never had such bad service. My wife ordered and I waiting for the driver. No one ever showed and with my 10 years experience I know what a driver looks like. My wife called and someone told her they tried to deliver which I believe is false. I understand the driver having trouble but it up to the store manager to take care of the customer. Nothing was offered to my wife to compensate. We received a 2 hour old pizza box smashed against top of box. The product I received was nothing but crew pie, terrible cold crew pie. If this was my store, my manager and i would be having a serious discussion about customer service. The proper way to handle customer complaint, not just tough luck. Lucky I wasn't mystery customer. I love dominos but this one has really let me down.

we ordered x2 large pizzas and x1 portion of fries. they arrived on Time, but only being round the corner from Them, it all arrived lukewarm and wasn't very nice. it was as if it had been stood for awhile in the shop. very disappointing as i was celebrating my Birthday. very poor experience with Domino's.

Ordered two large pizzas! To find I had hair on the pepperoni one. Phoned up took them 30 mins to actually answer then they put me on hold for 20 mins and then I explained my situation. The person who was on the phone was extremely rude, customer service there is terrible won?t ever order again was promised a refund I?m still waiting escalating don?t bother there all useless

Pizza came severely undercooked. Called up and asked for it to be replaced or refunded. One of your staff members refused to escalate the situation and repeated multiple times that there's nothing they can do about it and the pizza has gone through a process. And that they've had no complaints so refused to even let me speak to the manager. The manager was extremely uninterested and unhelpful even though we had to send her several pictures to prove that the pizza was undercooked. Even after all of this she refused to give me a full refund and offered 70% due to food handling. Which I think is ridiculous since the pizza was undercooked. Will never order from here again. Even after being sent another pizza, it's still extremely undercooked.

If you like burnt pizza then this is the place to go and given the option to replace it and wait an hour or to receive a new one or a £10 voucher isn?t exactly professional is it and just being told we are busy but apparently it?s gone though quality control as a biscuit shocking service

I?m a regular of this branch and it?s always good, i did have a plain pizza delivered tonight of which I didn?t think I?d ordered, they sent me a replacement with no fuss of which I was very pleased ?

I have had to leave a review as I am completely shocked with the outstanding customer service that I have received. I?ve been served by Reece and he was so so lovely & helpful he seemed like he went above and beyond and genuinely cared to assist you. It was so nice to see as you don?t usally get people who are happy where they work. 10/10 thank you so much Reece!

Awful. Took 10 minutes to actually key in my order in the shop. Was in a hurry so this didnt help my mood. When pizzas arrived they had taken the order down wrong, so did not want what i was given. Couldn't get a refund immediately though!!. Have to wait for someone from HQ to call me. Pizzas were for sons birthday. Thanks Domino's- dreadful!!!UPDATE- After a 2 week wait and a number of ignored emails I have finally been refunded...... but it is the wrong amount!!!! Can't work out if they are incompetent or totally shameless.Never use Domino's!
