I ordered a pizza and a soft drink yesterday nd the pizza came but the driver forgot the drink! He said he will credit it to my account.
That didn't happened, I also call to shop where someone said he will refund it and again.....nothing

Terrible delivery drivers who ignore the clear and detailed address instructions choosing to follow their sat-nav instead. Then they get abusive and argumentative when they call because they can't find the property, all whilst refusing to get out their car and insist you come to them, despite them being halfway down the road because they couldn't read the CLEAR AND DETAILED ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL AVOID!!! I waited 1 hour 25 minutes to have food delivered. Granted I'm quite a patient person but this was atrocious! The pathetic wait time and the absolute shocking customer service made this experience absolutely disastrous! Spoke to a manager to get a refund to which he agreed then didn't answer any questions from myself!!! Freezing cold food, rude disrespectful driver, absolute JOKE!!!!!

I rarely order Dominoes because of the lack of quality and price but on this occasion, I wanted to order pizza for delivery to the common which is 300 metres away and was advised I had to contact the Shirley branch.
I just think this company is terrible, The only way you can truly stop these companies from ripping you off is just to stop buying from them...
The food is always sickly, Why would you bother?
