Ash from the bike repair section is the best. 5/5.
Extremely positive client experience. I went there to buy a bike not knowingly anything about bikes. Ash from the bike repair section explained me the difference between some bikes and which one was best suited for my activities, he assembled one so that I could get on it and get a feel and later was extremely helpful while I was paying, waiting for me to finish my Klarna account to pay in installments (I should have done that before coming to the store) and explaining me my questions.
He really made my day.

Sadly...very poor and unfriendly service and management .
Look like they didn't want any customers. Staff didn't want to help at all. And the waiting time of a week to buy a normal bike that is available in the store is ridiculously high.
Thanks but no thanks.

My son who is 14 almost 15yrs old came to buy some new cricket clubs but was turned away from the store as he is under 18!!! It?s a sports shop, he is a sporty boy with money wanting to buy some gloves never before have I known a child under 18 to be not allowed into a shop. For what reason? He is plenty old
Enough to go to town and shop on his own.
