Smaller than many other stores, with less choice than the bigger stores. However that being said, the larger stores have very little stock - everything is on display, but no stock in the storeroom even on small items. It was difficult to locate a member of staff and when I did, he merely pointed in the direction of the area I needed rather than actually bother to show me. There was no one actually on the tills and I had to wait for a 'floating' member of staff to help me complete my purchase. In fact he appeared to be the only member of staff that was actually working instead of wandering around. Sadly, nothing like their adverts. I gave three stars because, unlike the larger stores, they did have the item in stock.

After having issues with our phone network and trying to upgrade after my husband had his phone stolen we went into carphone warehouse in currys and saw Jake who gave an outstanding level of service and went above and beyond got me and my husband both set up on new networks. Would highly recommend this store and we will definitely be going back for future phone contracts.

Fantastic service!! I was looking to buy a very specific laptop that needed to run and be compatible with autodesk maya that was within my budget, so i did some research and picked a couple of options before going there in person to ask someone who actually knew what they were doing. We were served by Jake and his customer service was actually just phenomenal ??. He was so helpful in explaining everything that I wanted or needed to know and even helped me save money!? I am sooo thankful for him and i'm so happy with my purchase ????

After a horrendous and troubling visit to the Hedge End store to replace our TV that was written off under the repair warranty we went to the Fareham store to try and find a replacement. Thank goodness we decided to visit! Sam A & his manager Rob were fantastic from entering the store, helping us find the perfect TV and ensuring we got the best deal for the money our voucher amount held.
No question was too silly or went unanswered and we left super happy with our new tv and sound bar and a large smile on our faces!

yesterday my husband went to the store to buy a washing machine but unfortunately when i got home i realized it was a dryer. i understood that i was at fault for the mistake and brought the dryer to tell the staff to exchange it for the washing machine but the staff and manager refused to return the item i bought. i was sure everything was fine and have not used the dryer yet. i found out that the store was racist. i will never go back to the store again. we don't have much money to pay for everything you are so unfair to us

Poor customer service from Curry?s, Segensworth today. I have Xbox series X in warranty and the HDMI port is broken . I contacted Microsoft and they told me Curry?s are an authorised repairer, I drove there to book it in for repair and the comments from curry?s is as I didn?t buy the Xbox from them they will not touch it, I have purchased lots of goods from Curry?s in the past will look elsewhere from now if that?s how they treat customers.

Was a pleasant visit, staff were friendly and helpful. Made a large purchase, and staff were helpful in carrying it out to the car, which was nice. The only thing i have to criticise is where we sat down by their computer. There was an absolute mess of cables underneath with an extension cable plugged into another. For a tech shop, I found that quite appalling and shocking. Maybe they should try a little cable management or at least hide it from customers. That's why 4/5 stars for me.

An older quite small gentlemen, I think the manager, reluctantly helped me find ?the correct? charger for my laptop.

They have the most unhelpful people ever working at this place I've just been there to buy a washing machine waiting 45 mins to ask someone for help as people kept jumping infront of me.
When I eventually get some help from a clown I said I want this washing machine can I come back in an hour to take home
His reply don't know if it's in stock I say can you check he said no see someone else so find someone else they also say no and point at first guy and say its him you want
So will take money else where
