Bad experience. I went with my husband to buy TV. And we were looking for staff to help..but he says two times that he coming but he's not. And we wait for around 40 min but still nobody came.

Curry?s delivery driver today on the M27 at 4:40ish who swore at me with his middle finger when I did nothing wrong joining the motorway in the correct manner and indicating correctly I will be making a complaint to have you dismissed!!

The in store team are very helpful and know what they are talking about.
Unfortunately, the delivery team are rood, aggressive and brake the products as they bring them in! Wouldn't use them to delivery anything bigger then a microwave, even then they might drop it because they had to step up to your front door.

I went to this store to buy an air fryer. The assistant told me that unfortunately, the model I was interested in was the only one available ? on display ? and not for sale. However, if I ordered it online, it would be delivered to the store for me to collect. So, I ordered it. An hour later, I received a notification that the product was ready for collection.
When I arrived, it turned out that the product prepared for me was not the one I had ordered. Before double-checking my order number, the customer service assistant tried to convince me that it was indeed the correct product. Only after checking again did they realize it wasn't, and that the air fryer I ordered was out of stock. I was then send to go to Hedge End (they have 2) and buy it again there. The customer service assistant also told me I was being rude, even though I was just trying to explain that the products had been mixed up, and she kept insisting it was correct.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with click and collect at this store. I do not recommend it.

We went into this store to ask if they could help us out as we were about to embark on a cruise and had left our parking printout at home. A very surly dark haired man just said no. No mention of where we could go (we?ve never been to Southampton before), no smile, no empathy, no human spirit. Fortunately, we went into furniture village next door and they were only too happy to help and even offered us a coffee as we were so stressed.

Popped in here spur-of-the-moment to buy a new toaster, knowing which one I wanted. It took far too long (over 20 minutes!) to go from asking for the toaster to leaving the shop with it.

Always helpful in here. Need advice about an item not bought from Currys (turned out to be faulty). Purchased one from here, tested before we left. Always go here for things because of their helpful attitude.
