The staff here are absolutely lovely and fantastic. I believe the girl who was the best was called Codi? She was so kind and went above and beyond for us. Cannot recommend her enough. The place was clean and tidy and the toilets were also clean.

This costa is dirty and disgusting. Every table was dirty and most full of empty trays and cups whilst the 2 staff stood around chatting to each other. Had to ask them to clean a table so I could sit at one with my 7 month old baby. Highchairs were gross, the straps have clearly never been cleaned and were just covered in gunk. This place needs a massive deep clean

As per many of your previous reviews, probably same staff member Nasty attitude from person making coffee after a long queue, under qualified & scruffy in appearance. Coffee not to cleaver compared to other costa coffee shops,

Absolutely shocking customer service! The staff were stood around chatting when I queued up, and the girl rolled her eyes and the guy with her looked at me, turned his back and continued their conversation. I waited another 5 or so minutes until they decided to serve me. The girl then proceeded to collect an empty tray on the table I was sat on by slamming other trays she collected on top of it and gave me a dirty look.

Had the best Soya Cappuccino in ages at any Costa made by Ashley a couple of weeks ago. Too many times baristas slop too much milk so its more of a soup than a coffee but the one made by Ashley had a nice strength and flavour. Returned today and had another good coffee. What a disgusting sandwich we had here today. Not even fit enough for my dog A blob of cheese & a quarter moon shape of processed ham not worth a £ & paid £3.99 for it. My 8 year old granddaughter makes a better sandwich. Will I be back N E V E R!!!! Rip off Britain that?s all I can say. Please don?t eat from there it was absolutely disgusting to say the least!!!!!??

I am shocked with the customer service at this store. I ordered my drink shaking due to a low blood glucose and the person behind ordered the same drink but was given his first. I asked if my drink was coming concerned and was told sorry we?re busy and she?s had a lot of drinks to make yours is coming. Another 2 people get there drink and almost begging had to ask if my drink would be soon. It was not complicated just a flat white. Never again.

There are 3 Costa coffee in West quay mall. I went to the one on ground floor opposite to waterstones book shop. I bought a toastie and given to staff member (Mgn) for warming it up. Once she took the toastie out from the oven, she puts it directly on the counter top and cut it. They have two separate knifes and two separate chopping boards for meat and veg options. Chopping board was placed so close, but she didn't use it. When I noticed it, she gave me a strange look. Awful service!! I mean, I didn't expect this from Costa.
