Large digital poster displays a lunch time special offer a hot drink and a cheese and ham toastie. My partner bought two cheese and ham toasties and two teas. He was overcharged by over £3.50 and wasn't given the offer...the reason... because he bought a Wiltshire ham and cheese toastie, and not a "ham and cheese toastie"*. Basically ripped off. Staff member was quite rude when I raised my concern. When I said I wasn't happy, she said she wasn't happy either but 'hey ho'. Not only are they taking advantage of people visiting ill relatives, the Manager isn't interested in customer service or doesn't care that the advertising is misleading. He refused to give a partial refund when I raised the mater. *Costa coffee website states "British ham and cheese toastie" is included, so why is Wiltshire ham not 'British'?

Good coffee, service is sometimes hit or miss but the tables are always dirty! No matter what time of day you come you will always find crumbs or coffee spills all over the tables.

Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Ordering machines not working properly. I complained about rude attitude of staff member only to be laughed at. The staff in this costa, within a general hospital, need customer service training. I suspect the staff are taken straight from school (cheap labour) and perhaps thats how they spoke to their teachers! Shame on you Costa.

My partner, who works for the hospital, went to collect a free cake as it was her birthday. Instead of getting the person behind the counter saying, 'Happy birthday, what cake would you like?' She got a miserable hormonal woman throwing their arms in the air asking, 'What do you want!? She's lucky I wasn't there.

Myself and another elderly gentleman were queuing. We were told to move to another queue. Only to be called back to original queue we had just moved from. When the elderly gentleman queried this politely the young female server was shouting at him being very rude and stroppy. I then encountered a similar rude young gentleman who served me with an attitude. The communication skills are lacking to the say the least and the rudeness and tone of voices is disgusting in a hospital setting. If you don't like your job change it. Don't take it out on innocent customers who are visiting the hospital under enough stress due to sick relatives. Also better signs are needed for the queues to avoid all of this happening again to some other poor members of the public.

Very rude member of staff yesterday. Young female long black hair. She raised her voice to an elderly gentleman who queried why we were told to move from one queue to another. For her only to then call the lady Infront of us back to her till. Another young man behind the till then served me and was rude to me giving me no direction on where to collect the hot drinks from. Both servers had very bad attitudes and poor communication skills. I won't be visiting again. I am currently visiting a very unwell relative and to have this experience in a hospital setting is disgusting.

Very rude member of staff who was stood in front of a till (which I was unaware wasn?t working) when I handed the items over which I wanted to purchase she aggressively told me to join the queue (which I was already in) pointing to the till opposite. I told her I was already in the queue of which her reply was it?s obvious only one of the tills is working isn?t it (how was it obvious) and it?s not this one.When I questioned her about her attitude towards me a customer she told me to go away as she?s had a stressful day.This Costa is in a hospital and I?m sure a high percentage of the customers are dealing with stressful issues but would not take it out on a member of your staff. Customers should be treated with empathy and understanding particularly in premises that are situated within a hospital.Just to say the young man who served me was very polite and looked mortified to hear how a colleague was talking to me and actually took the time to apologise.This rude behaviour from a member of your staff was unacceptable.
