Only came in here more recently and sat down n cracked out some work for a couple hours. Was the second time I went in and the lady behind the counter, Hayley, remembered my order from last time! Was a very friendly atmosphere, very lovely staff, easy to focus, oat latte was perfect as always ??! Would recommend.

Was great until the manger shouted at the kids to be quiet from behind the counter, could have at least walked over, and asked them to be quiet then to top it off stand on the shop floor and moans to what looks like his girlfriend about 4 autistic children rather than the 4 kids that were actually throwing food around.
Zero control of the whole restaurant.

I dont use Costa Coffee that much but I can understand why people enjoy the variety. Always worth a visit if not busy

Once again very disappointed on this visit. Again for the 3rd time did not get beans Inc green beans total of 6 of each. Very slow service, coffee to hot.

OK, get to the till to order. The girl is more interested in her text conversation than serving. Gets her attention, but she still continues to text. Waits for coffee, she then makes a call and disappears around the corner, by that time I decided to cut my losses and go next door to Greggs.

I frequently go to Costa Antelope Park for my fix of caffeine as a new mum. The service is always impeccable and the staff are always friendly, particularly Hayley. She is always chatty and smiley when we come in and she engages with my daughter which I think is fab!

I come to Costa at antelope Park daily and I can honestly say it one of the best costa I?ve gone too. The staff are friendly and also bubbly the manager and assistant manger are super nice too . All the staff are nice , particularly Hayley She makes you feel welcome, She?s always smiling always friendly and make sure Costa coffee trip worth it. She even super good with the baby too she always waving and saying hello to her which my little ones likes .

My daughter loves our visits to Costa (the ?red shop?) and in particular visiting Hayley ? who makes our visits extra special. Great customer service and always made to feel extremely welcome on every visit. Big thanks to Hayley and team :)
