Disagree with other reviews that this is "your typical Costs" as it is probably the most welcoming and friendly. Of course they sell Costa items, it's a Costa franchise but smiles, not being ignored on walking in, general openness and conversation between staff and customers is well above most Costas, and other coffee shops, I visit.This is why it's one of my favourites.

I was served by Eva but in fact all three on today are lovely. They all really care about their customers. I had a nice chat while they made my coffee and heated up my mince pie. I honestly don?t think I?ve been to a costa with such friendly service.

We have been regulars at Costa in Shirley for two years we don't go anywhere else for a drink the staff are friendly and polite and being regulars they know what your usual drinks order is we go to Costa six days a week if we can and you get to know other customers who are regulars as well who speak to you also and there is always a good vibe in Costa would recommend to anyone

What sets this Costa Coffee shop apart is the extraordinary people working here! Chloe is by far the fastest barista I've ever seen, but she's also very efficient and organised, and, incredibly, she also finds time to be attentive to customers and always with a big smile on her face. I must also highlight another excellent worker there - Agnieszka - who is the very definition of politeness and great customer service. These two ladies should get a big bonus and a raise from Costa, or else they would be better off setting their own company - I know I'll be their regular customer

Your typical little Costa. The atmosphere is as you?d expect, it?s pretty chilled. The menu is the standard Costa, so no really surprised and okay valve for money. The staff in there are great though, no long queues and the place is always tidy

This is a fairly standard costa coffee shop. The staff are very polite and welcoming. They served me quickly and got the order right.
Finding seating can be difficult as they fill up at busy times.
Parking: There is parking in a free car park across the road or you can park on the street down the side of the shop but only for up to an hour (I think)
Kid-friendliness: This is a coffee shop so parents can bring their kids but remember there will be hot drinks so probably not a good place to let them run around
