I was introduced to a new syrup by the lovely Hayley and never looked back. She has always got a smile on her face even when it is mega busy. Very customer focused and a delight to see. They all do a good job but she seems to go above and beyond. Thank you ? ?

First time visiting this costa today and I will be making sure I visit again after the outstanding service received. My elderly grandmother and I were served by a young lady called Hayley. This member of staff very quickly offered her assistance in helping my grandmother be seated comfortably and quickly. Drinks were served as quickly as possible and were lovely as always, thank you Hayley for making my visit one to remember. See you again soon xxx

We visited this coffee shop yesterday afternoon, I can?t stress enough how lovely the girls are, really pleasant, the toilets however are a totally different ball game, they were truly disgusting, the seat & all around it were filthy, covered in urine ?. I went over to Burger King to use their facilities, this really needs to be addressed asap

Ordered an iced caramel whipped latte and in the images and how I?ve been served before the whipped part is a light brown however this time it was white like milk so I tried some and couldn?t taste any coffee so asked the lady who assured me it had coffee but I can?t see how if she had added coffee it would have been able to stay white ? And as u can see in the pictures the foam is not similar !! Idk how a coffee shop can forget the coffee ?

I don't usually go to Costa as this isn't my cup of tea but this time I did. I was served by Will and I can't stress enough how pleasant he was. The customer service was outstanding and our drinks were really nice. Thank you!

Had to throw them away.Ordered 2 Oat Lattes, sadly they didn't shake the Oat milk bottle before pouring and as so were dreadful. In all fairness it's a common failing of most national brand coffee shops. It's so important you shake Oat milks as the content separate when stored and by doing so you get the desired taste etc.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant

The man who served me was quite pushy about getting the costa app/reward thing, then made a comment about it as my card declined with Apple Pay, just found his attitude quite rude. I know people have targets to reach with this kind of thing but his approach wasn?t friendly or helpful and making a comment wasn?t necessary and quite embarrassing. If it wasn?t convenient for me to visit during lunch breaks and the other staff delivering great service I?d stop coming at all, let alone get the costa app.

I often go to my local Costa's for drinks, and I'd never been to this store before, but there was no issues with the service. It was quick, the staff were nothing but lovely, and the atmosphere was nice, with lots of seating available. I only ever usually get drinks at Costa, and I'm never disappointed by them. This store was no exception to that - my coffee was delicious.My problem was with this vegan Lotus Biscoff cheesecake I had decided to "treat" myself with. Taste wasn't too bad, and it looked appetising, overall just a bit underwhelming for the price, but fine. Felt a bit queasy after eating, but I don't often eat desserts so pegged it at that and walked it off. Alas, many hours later I have now formed a sort of, to phrase it delicately, symbiotic relationship with my toilet.Can't say for sure that this is an issue with this store specifically; as previously stated everything else was just fine here. But I suppose, as a rule of thumb, stick to Costa's coffee - don't bother with the food.
