I was introduced to a new syrup by the lovely Hayley and never looked back. She has always got a smile on her face even when it is mega busy. Very customer focused and a delight to see. They all do a good job but she seems to go above and beyond. Thank you ? ?

First time visiting this costa today and I will be making sure I visit again after the outstanding service received. My elderly grandmother and I were served by a young lady called Hayley.
