Absolutely appalling attitude from one of the staff called Skinner. She was rude and obnoxious and lets the store down.

The ailes are very narrow and cramped . There is always a queue as slow and rude staff. There is always a good amount of stock and a convenient bakery though.

Not the biggest or the cheapest, but I think that is a given since it is more of a local shop.
I?ve always been satisfied with the service they provide and the items I bought from there.
They are open from 6am to 11pm which is very convenient! Plenty of parking for vehicles and cycles. Very close to the bus stop as well

Ordered food from just eat and turned up with less items called them to tell them they asked their staff who said they didn?t do order correctly ? and was told to re order or request a refund but if I had to re order I would have to pay for delivery again so will never use the again disappointed ?

I?ve ordered twice on Uber eats and any fruit and veg I order turns up quite literally rotting, I?ve had fuzzy, mouldy brown bananas, a slushy brown lettuce, sludgey out of date strawberries leaking everywhere and overripe squidgy potatoes covered in well developed spuds turn up in to large and very expensive orders. I have had items missing, wrong items and some things swapped for things completely different and significantly cheaper than what I actually ordered with no refunds given and no notice that anything was going to be replaced as Uber says they should. I don?t have a lot of money I very carefully budget my food shopping and meal plan so I?m very disappointed. Definitely don?t order produce from this store, they were contacted and I was told to consult Uber eats, although the store was at fault so Uber didn?t offer help for my issue.

Expensive shop, only one in this area but the worst is service. Not all staff is grumpy, some is really positive . I think the management of that shop should talk to the staff. I see some from them hate that job and to be there. Shame.

Many times the vegetable and fruit section is half full, bread barely with 4-5 days expiry date, or very small choice of breads, staff a bit grumpy.
