Staff haven't got a clue they seem to hire staff who have no idear it's wonder how they get a job in the 1st place.
Asked a girl I said excuse me can u tell me where the bin bags are please, she didn't know what bin bags were, she then said bean bags I said no bin bags she said she didn't understand what it was I said bin bags what you put rubbish In she still didn't have a clue so after saying it 4 times I said don't worry I'll find them myself.
After finding them & minding my own business she then came round isle & told me I was in wrong isle I said no I'm not there right in front of me bin bags she still didn't have a clue absolutely useless if she didn't know what they were she should of gone asked or got someone who help me but then to tell me I'm in wrong isle as well just thought good god how do these people get hired seriously the mind boggles seems like the staff are very untrained & customer service is shocking seems like its best to just do it urself instead of asking as it's complete waste of time.
It's not jus this branch went into a different branch couple wks ago & asked where the £5 offer was she said what offer I said the offer advertised on the tele her answer was I don't watch tele that's fair enough but she works in the store should know the offers etc... one of the items were out of stock so asked what was the alternative instead got told I don't know with attitude again how do these people get hired unbelievable.

Out of date stock delivered via deliveroo! 3 days out of date! Not at all acceptable in this day and age! I won?t be using this store again! Order on the 15th they went out of date on the 12th!!

Disgusting staff, was rushing to get a charger as my phone was dead and got accused of stealing and followed out the shop by a disgustingly obnoxious security guard WHILST WITH MY BABY whilst the stupid staff stood there gawping and smirking, I go there every day and they are a load of idiots and need to sort themselves out

Been going here for years but one lady in particular loves wasting customers time. Either this woman has mental problems or she gets a little buzz out of the 2 seconds of authority she thinks she has each time she asks for ID. She has seen my ID over 100 times at this same store and yet still asks for it (none of the other workers ever do this ). Either she has the memory of a goldfish or wants to experience some authority by asking to see my ID. I don?t know but either way for this reason I?m not coming back to this store. Avoid the lady with the spotty face and glasses at all costs! One of the strangest workers I have come across round here.

Sort your staff out. Went to pick up a package from amazon today and Jayne couldn?t be more annoyed with me just asking for my parcel. Made me uncomfortable for even being there. Such a shame especially being Christmas Eve. And as a working person that is actually working throughout Christmas, it is such a shame to make someone feel like this during the festive period.

Hello,Hampshire Police are back to VERY dodgy tactics. Right now, the whole house absolutely stinks of cannabis. This is not coming from my room, but housemates. I do fear this is a dodgy tactic by them, I believe they will lie and say it is coming from my room. I will do a drug test under supervision, I am NOT smoking cannabis.If this tactic of theirs work for them...I bet EVERYTHING....FOI police report...Hampshire Police can't either confirm or deny..YUP! Dodgy tactic...Two in one day. They outside...Drug test me.((Update...I believe they have left but unsure, am going to sleep now. Window left open for electronic nose.))
