If you're in a hurry go somewhere else, never seems to be anyone on the till and you'll be waiting for a while for someone to actually come and assist you. Always seem to be short staffed.

Great under supported staff. Seems pretty much every time I go in there some scrote is stealing from them. Get some proper security in there rather then the wasters that work there now. The poor older lady is going to end up hospitalised if she has to confront many more scum bags

As a loyal customer who comes in pretty much on daily basis I have noticed that the management has changed ? for the BETTER!! Not only does the store look more organised and clean, the staff members are also very polite and always willing to help! Also wanted to give a special shout out to a girl with long red hair for being extra amazing and helpful every time I come in!

It says it closes at 10pm Liar, liar, pants on fire Your nose is longer than a telephone wire, I rocked up with my friend in his 1978 Mercedes-Benz SL Class at 9:55 pm and it was shut, it was closed and everything was closed, you should change the closing time to 9:55pm

Used to be the best shop in the area, very nice selection and an amazing staff who are always kind and energetic.Now, I've been fined twice on the car park while shopping due to a 20m parking limit.They literally fined me as I left at 22 minutes, the shop was busy and I waited for staff to grab some bread from the back for me...Been shopping here for 5 years, I'll never go back since this parking circus has been put in place.

Great staff, friendly and always find the time to put good offers in the reduced section, it's really sad all the pathetic shop lifters this place gets but the very professional staff deal with them nearly everyday..

Went in this dump today thought would get a pastry pie went up to the hot bit and they was black as the ace of spades the manager there said he cooked them I said I would not feed into the birds and he was rude. He was lucky I did not smack him in the face Don?t ever go here again dirty shop

I always like to put when the staff go that extra mile and I have always found the co-op in Archers road to be such a place. I went in tonight just simply to buy my mum some crisps and myself some popcorn but as always I found the staff to be so freindly, pleasant & helpful. I was served tonight by Cassie & as she always has been before she was freindly, cheerful & helpful & that is not always the case nowadays. Thank you to all the staff and this store is a credit to the co-op.

Absolutely amazing staff shopping today was great staff were so helpful all of them very friendly, and you have a well stocked shop. While I was there a young lad attempted to steel a few items but a member of staff Matt gave chase and retrieved all of the items. I think Matt should receive an award for bravery an amazing job well done Mat and all the staff on shift. They save you money

Modest sized convenience store stocked with a reasonable range of products and usually has some worthwhile offers. Car parking is adequate, but time limited and monitored by camera.

It is a convenient shop as it is nearby.I do agree to some of the reviews that sometimes you cannot get something as it is out of stock.But the other day there was a very lovely girl helping me out and checking if something what I needed was in stock in their storage room and she made my day by getting exactly what I needed.?However today I was so disappointed as I was very rudely told off by the lady working in the bakery.Yes, I was not right by not using the tongs but that does not give her the right to be rude to a Customer who spends money in the shop she works. I lost any wish to come to this shop again?

This is the friendliest shop ever ! Such a pleasure to have it as my 'goto' food shop at such close proximity. All the staff especially the 'Viking' are fab. Co-op look after your wonderful staff please ? they put the "C" in community ! ?
