Useless staff went in to get some bits I have a membership but apparently my card doesn't work no help to try n sort the problem out made me pay full price what's the point of having the membership then just to be told to go and talk to IT department

Just witnessed one of your employees (bald man) wearing a co op fleece. Repeatedly punch a shop lifter in the face and side of the head in Bedford place. So obviously followed.

The store itself is lovely, fresh bakery. However was extremely put off by the lack of staff around, no one in store to answer my questions and had to use self checkout unfortunately. To my disgrace as I left I saw ?dale? stood directly outside the store doors in full uniform smoking a cigarette! Utterly disgraceful If you ask me.
