I like the shop and the range of cards but won't be going in again as they don't allow dogs in there. God only knows why as west quay is a dog friendly shopping centre....even wagamama let's us eat in there with her. She cleaner than kids and certainly won't find her handling the goods. Get with the times.

Beautiful cards and plenty of choice ..high end price...but pretty disgusted that they couldn't give me a paper bag for my expensive cards at the checkout.

Retail trading is difficult at best of times . Store experience is now more important than ever with online services available. . A purchase was made despite Ignorant , rude attitude of both women in store. The attitude of both staff was outrageous & the comments made where insulting & with complete ignorance. Overall , very poor customer experience, no apology it went from bad to worse with one trying to justify their behaviour with excuses . Staff training & behaviours definitely need attention.
