Horrible customer service from the lady who looked in charge. I asked a simple question politely and got a snarky comment in return which resulted in me not feeling comfortable to ask any more questions. However, the gentleman working there (I believe it was his first day) was very nice and helpful.

Great service today. Would recommend. A true size 8 and not a 41 being passed as a size 8.

Went today to buy school shoes with my son. Only one person serving upstairs on Saturday afternoon. After an hour of wait another member of staff been called from downstair to serve us. That's not acceptable.

This shop has no lift preventing access to the children?s shoes upstairs if you are disabled or unwilling to leave your pushchair downstairs.

Had booking for child football measure. Was greeted by nice young lady called Umar. She was engaging with my little one, brought out a number of options for him to try on and was very helpful.

Children's floor closed during trade hours for interviews. I couldn't belive that!
On 24th of June 2024 served us a large lady with fake eyelashes, fake nails and fake tan. Unfortunately without name badge. She was very rude and unprofessional. It used to be a very nice shop with friendly staff. I don't want to go back to that shop again becuse of that situation. Will report it to the Head office as well with more details.

Went into this store yesterday to try and buy my son?s first shoes to be told there?s no lift? Now I have a really bad knee and struggle anyway but there?s other people out there who might want to share that special moment with there children but can?t because there?s no lift!!! Should be illegal in my eyes. So awful.

We took our son here to get some new school shoes. The member of staff didn?t have a clue how to do this and two different colleagues measured two different sizes.

We went in here looking for size 10 (big) shoes. We tried the kids section first as it was told shoes there go up to a size ten. The staff began to measure my shoe just to be told again I'm a size 10. We looked for school shoes, no size tens but that's ok we will check in the adult section. We went down and a new member of staff greeted us and said that we have lots of school shoes for older kids. They obviously thought white trainers were school shoes. Not a fun experience, limited school shoes and staff lying.

Just went into the Southampton store to buy my son?s first shoes. Kids section is upstairs, no lift. Woman working there had an attitude when I questioned why they would set up the shop like that, and said I could just leave my pram downstairs and carry the baby up. I?m not leaving an expensive pram full of shopping in an unattended part of the shop on the main high street while she serves me upstairs. Ridiculous.

Kids section is upstairs.
I came with my husband and 14 month old to get her a set of shoes.
I asked if they had a lift and they said no, no offer to assist downstairs etc.
Unfortunately I could not manage all those stairs so had to leave without buying anything.
Not disability friendly at all - what if a child is in a wheel chair etc ?

I forgot the gentleman's name but the person who helped me in the store was most informative and gracious (as I took up a lot of his time near closing but decided not to buy in the end... yet he offered a solution for my shoe buying needs)
